• Full-time Need administrative assistant for pediatric office.

We are a friendly office and would like someone who is friendly and loves children. We will provide training for all duties. The position involves confirming appointments, preparing charts, answering telephone calls and other administrative duties. We use an electronic medical record. You may be trained as a medical assistant. This involves checking in patients, taking vital signs, breathing treatments and other activities. The job requires someone who is organized and can keep their mind on their job and who has attention for detail. We are located one mile north of the Countryside Mall on the west side of US Hwy 19 N.
