Coconut Creek, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Outlook Computer literacy Attention to detail Data entry Typing Time management Full Job Description Perfect View Aerial Media (PVAM) is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and highly detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Assistant to provide direct day-to-day support to our Operations Manager. This position will begin as a temporary role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate based on performance, reliability, and business needs. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, retains information, takes initiative, and can become a dependable part of our daily operations. Training will be provided on our specific systems and procedures. Primary Responsibilities The majority of this role involves managing project files, verifying information, and assisting with the completion and submission of drone inspection projects.
Responsibilities include:
Downloading large batches of drone images from Dropbox and uploading them into our client's platform Verifying image counts to ensure the correct number of images have been received and uploaded Reviewing emails and project information for accuracy and completeness Comparing information across emails, folders, reports, and client systems to identify missing or incorrect information Entering reports and project information into our client's system Contacting drone pilots by phone or Outlook email when information, clarification, or missing documentation is needed Following up with pilots and team members as necessary to keep projects moving Organizing and maintaining digital project folders and files Sending routine and project-related emails Printing, organizing, and preparing paperwork Performing data entry and other administrative/clerical duties Assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks Learning, retaining, and consistently following company procedures What We're Looking For Attention to detail is extremely important in this position. The person in this role will be responsible for verifying project information and ensuring the correct files, image counts, and reports are submitted to our client.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong computer and technology skills Experience using Microsoft Outlook or similar email platforms Experience with Dropbox, cloud storage, or other file-sharing platforms Strong data-entry and typing skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage large quantities of digital files and images Ability to follow detailed, multi-step processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Ability to retain training and apply it independently Professional written and verbal communication skills Confidence communicating with field employees by phone and email Ability to identify discrepancies rather than simply entering information without verifying it Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently after training while knowing when to ask questions Drone industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, learns quickly, pays close attention to details, and can become a reliable day-to-day support person for our Operations Manager. Position Type Temporary-to-Permanent The position will begin on a temporary basis during a high-volume project period. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently may be offered the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Priorities may change throughout the day. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy. Pay:
