  • no remote worker applications please. We are looking for an individual to carry out the following duties:
  • Pricing and ordering construction materials.
  • Basic estimating, doing take-offs and calculating quantities of materials (will train if needed), getting prices from sub-contractors.
  • Making sure all sub-contractors' paperwork is up to date.
Communicating with Spanish speaking workers, general clerical work and personal tasks for the owner, We are looking for an individual with the following experience and skills: Experience in construction dealing with vendors and sub-contractors preferred; Knowledge of basic geometry. Can calculate accurately. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Self-motivated, pro-active, great organizational skills, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task. Able to meet deadlines and manage schedule. Adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs. Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong people skills, and motivational capability. Clear written and verbal communications. Enjoy being part of small team and able to work alone.
