Job Description
Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator Part-Time Contract | $18-$21/hour | Miami, FL | In-Person We are a growing accounting and business services firm seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to support daily operations, the owner's calendar, client communication, and basic social media tasks. This role is for someone who can take initiative, work independently, follow through, and stay organized without constant guidance. Candidates should be comfortable supporting a busy owner and executive team, attending networking events, and learning new systems. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position in the future. Please read thoroughly before applying to ensure this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups Support emails, scheduling, document organization, client communication, and data entry Assist with social media posting, basic content updates, and online engagement Organize files, forms, client information, and internal documents Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience required Experience managing calendars, emails, files, and basic office systems Basic social media knowledge required Proficient with Google Workspace Comfortable learning CRM and task management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Very comfortable attending in-person networking events Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Hiring Process Qualified candidates may be invited to an initial screening.
