To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits The Food and Beverage Administrative Project Specialist provides high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to the entire Seminole Hard Rock Support Services Food & Beverage leadership team. This role requires exceptional organization, resourcefulness, and the ability to execute promptly in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate coordinates and supports brand-wide food & beverage programs, assists property teams, and plays an integral role in the coordination of opening new properties, project management, and IT integrations. Key Responsibilities Department Support Provide administrative support to all Food & Beverage leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing departmental documents. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interfacing with the Food & Beverage department. Tracking strategic initiatives and leadership priorities Prepare executive meeting agendas, presentations, summaries, and follow-up documentation Identify trends and drive improvements in guest experience or profitability Operational Administration Maintain and organize departmental files, SOPs, recipes, presentations, communications, and brand standard documentation. Assist in the development, tracking, and distribution of standardized food & beverage guidelines and operational tools. Preparation of presentations, reports, project updates, and executive summaries Own menu rollouts, brand programs, or operational frameworks Property Support & Coordination Provide responsive assistance to property-level food & beverage teams, helping them access resources, standards, and departmental support. Facilitate communication between properties and the Food & Beverage leadership team, ensuring timely follow-up and clear information flow. Gather and organize property feedback, performance data, and operational needs utilizing all available analytical resources. New Property Opening Support Partner with managing critical path updates, progress, and completion. Track deliverables and ensure F&B opening milestones remain on schedule. Prepare opening checklists, timelines, documentation, and communications for F&B leadership and property teams. Ownership of task force support, travel, and accommodations Prepares, schedules, and tracks meetings agendas to ensure clear communication between property and corporate support Project & Program Coordination Support cross-functional initiatives related to brand standardization, menu development, operational quality, and guest experience improvements. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team sessions across departments. Conduct research, compile data, and provide organized summaries to leadership. Financial Reporting and Support Department-wide reporting consolidation and executive dashboards Budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting support Monitor department spending, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports Evaluate operational data and recommend business actions Qualifications 3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or corporate operations. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and an independent, proactive working style. Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders.
