Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Empire Management Group is seeking a professional, personable and organized Front Desk Advocate to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, vendors and visitors, the advocate plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist residents, board members and vendors in a professional manner. Assist with making appointments, taking payments, distributing keys, fobs and cards, and answering general questions. Respond to phone calls and emails.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries and manage office supply inventory to place orders as needed.
Data Management:
Update resident information and maintain accurate records,
Collaboration:
Work closely with community association managers and other internal teams as needed. Requirements 1. Strong Attention to
Detail:
Demonstrated ability to meticulously review applications and identify errors and omissions. 2.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external parties. 3.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines. 4.
Self-Starter:
Able to work independently and have strong problem-solving skills. 5.
Team Player:
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with team members to achieve common goals. Qualifications and Education Requirements 2 years of relevant office experience. Must pass a background check Work Conditions • Office setting-Indoor, sedentary position using computer and computer equipment • Occasional local travel for training or events
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
