This role is pivotal in managing complex projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless program execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, process improvement techniques, and team leadership. You will be the backbone of our program operations, enabling teams to deliver innovative solutions efficiently and effectively. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will empower our organization to meet strategic objectives with confidence and agility. Based on our goveernment contracts, US Citizenship is required. Duties Coordinate and support multiple projects within the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Facilitate project planning sessions, meetings, and stakeholder communications using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project. Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives while managing risks through root cause analysis and Six Sigma methodologies. Oversee project scheduling, scope management, budget tracking, and earned value management to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Lead team management efforts by supervising project coordinators and supporting their professional development through coaching on Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma practices. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and IT infrastructure coordination to support project implementation and program development. Facilitate conflict resolution, negotiation processes, and decision-making sessions to maintain team cohesion and project momentum. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, data analysis using Excel tools, and presentations for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions. Experience Proven supervisory experience in technical project or program management roles with a focus on team leadership and organizational skills. Extensive background in project management lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing using methodologies Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), risk management, scope management, cost control, requirements analysis & requirements management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively while translating complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences. Experience working within IT infrastructure projects or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
