Full-Time We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do Prepare and manage emails, invoices, and reports Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases Organize and manage filing systems (electronic and physical) Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks Support communication between team members, management, and clients Answer phones and handle general administrative duties Compile weekly reports and track key information Ensure all documents and communications meet company standards Handle confidential information with discretion What We're Looking For High school diploma required (business, marketing, or communications background is a plus) Experience in administrative, clerical, or leadership roles preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks Customer service and client relationship management skills Basic budgeting and bookkeeping knowledge Familiarity with office procedures and equipment Interested?
