One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Recruitment Notes The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department is seeking an individual to join the team in an advanced administrative capacity, responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of consultant (A/E) invoice review, processing, and related administrative functions. The incumbent will oversee and manage key aspects of A/E financial administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms, budget allocations, and County fiscal policies. This role will be an office-based position that entails regular interaction with consultants, project managers, fiscal staff, peers, and managers and involves working effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and meeting deadlines.
