Location Doral Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 53138.53 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 93994.22 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree. One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Recruitment Notes Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field is preferred. Experience with workforce and employment training programs under the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Act (TANF) is preferred. Experience in the development and implementation of workforce programs and employment services, performance monitoring and reporting, and experience in the development of policies and procedures is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include proficiency with Microsoft is highly desired. This is a management-level position responsible for providing strategic direction and supervision of program staff with the responsibility for carrying out administrative and programmatic activities; evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing programs, ensuring the delivery of contracted programs and services are in accordance with WIOA, VR, and TANF mandates, state laws, local policies and procedures.
