Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact callers, manage administrative tasks, and support various office functions. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure an efficient, welcoming environment that promotes productivity and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while practicing excellent phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Support office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean work environment Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs Perform clerical tasks including typing reports, managing incoming mail, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, Buildertrend or similar software Experience Prior office experience or administrative support experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members effectively Previous experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management enhances success in this role Join us at Venur Construction as an Office Assistant where your proactive attitude will make a meaningful impact every day!
