Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with accounting and administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner. Maintain and organize filing systems and office records. Schedule vendors and coordinate appointments. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. Perform collection activities and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare and draft business correspondence and letters. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
