Home Healthcare Operations & Administrative Executive (ALF + Home Health) Our vision is expanding, our marketing is moving, and the "hype train" is fully on the tracks. Now, we need the ultimate systems mastermind to serve as the operational heartbeat of our business. We are looking for a powerhouse Operations & Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative engine of both our Assisted Living Facility and our Medicaid-contracted Home Health Agency. While the visionary team expands the footprint and the marketing team fills our capacity, you will be the one holding down the fort. You'll ensure our compliance is flawless, our staffing is locked in, and our daily operations run like a Swiss watch.
We Are Looking For:

You are someone who takes immense pride in operational excellence because you know that a well-run facility and a perfectly organized agency directly result in safer, happier lives for the vulnerable populations we serve. What you'll be doing:
Oversight & Compliance:
Managing daily admin and regulatory compliance for both the facility and the agency, keeping us 100% audit-ready for state regulators and Medicaid.
Team Leadership:
Overseeing scheduling, electronic visit verification (EVV) compliance, and coordinating with facility staff and field caregivers.
Administrative Engine:
Optimizing back-office workflows, billing coordination, intake tracking, and day-to-day problem-solving. You are perfect for this if you are: A master of logistics, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Thick-skinned, solutions-oriented, and completely unfazed by moving parts. Deeply mission-driven with a background in healthcare administration, long-term care, or agency management. Qualifications Administrative skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination Proficiency with document preparation, record-keeping, and filing systems Strong communication skills for client interactions, professional correspondence, and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Experience in healthcare or home care administration is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (OR 5 YEARS
