Our team is committed to delivering high-quality electrical solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service, safety, and professionalism. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant Administrator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily business operations, project administration, payroll processing, billing, collections, and communication with contractors, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Prepare and issue weekly payroll and subcontractor payments. Coordinate check preparation, deposits, and banking activities. Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections from contractors and clients. Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Respond to emails and communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation. Assist with insurance payments, company expenses, and vendor accounts. Order office supplies, food, and other company necessities. Manage inventory and track materials, equipment, and office supplies. Support project managers with administrative needs and deadlines. Coordinate meetings and maintain company calendars. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
