Job Description

About the Position Sunfire Glass, Inc. is a growing architectural glass fabricator serving manufacturers, glazing contractors, and construction professionals throughout Florida and the Caribbean. We are seeking a professional, organized, and career-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Hialeah Gardens and Medley facility. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who wants long-term growth and stability within a structured and expanding company. Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and manage general company email communications.
  • Greet customers, vendors, and job applicants.
  • Support customer inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate job applications, interview scheduling, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Track PTO requests and assist with employee documentation.
  • Support general administrative and office operations.
  • Assist management with special projects, process improvements, and internal coordination.
  • Take ownership of assigned administrative initiatives and follow through to completion. Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional phone and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
