ASAP (Targeting Wednesday) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support a short-term project focused on document management. This role will primarily involve scanning, filing, and faxing documents while ensuring accuracy and organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents Fax and distribute documents as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document storage Assist with sorting and organizing files Perform light administrative support tasks as assigned Handle documents with attention to detail and confidentiality Qualifications Prior clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred Comfortable using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, fax machine) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Reliable and able to commit to the full project duration All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
