Full Job Description About This Position:

We are in need of an Administrative Assistant in Key Biscayne, FL for our outpatient physical therapy office. We are looking for candidates who are skilled at multi-tasking and customer service, are organized and hard-working, and preferably speak both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, returning voicemails, scheduling patients, obtaining payments, and updating patients' electronic medical records.

CLOSED The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, starting at $17.00/hr for new employees. Payroll is processed monthly. Benefits are available after a new-hire probation period of three months.
