Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role will support multiple Financial Accounting teams within a fast-paced corporate environment in the entertainment venues and theatres industry. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in managing incoming financial correspondence, supporting Accounts Payable processes, organizing documents, and helping ensure critical information is routed accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with finance-related processes, collaborating across departments, and contributing to operational efficiency. This position offers the chance to work with supportive teams, interact with internal business partners and leadership, and build experience in a professional corporate setting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive financial documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, sort, scan, and process incoming mail, invoices, financial documents, and related correspondence.
- Electronically distribute documents to appropriate departments, stakeholders, and Financial Accounting teams based on urgency and routing requirements.
- Support Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, and Procure-to-Pay administrative processes through accurate coordination and follow-up.
- Maintain electronic records, document management systems, and organized files to support timely access to information.
- Coordinate deliveries and assist with the timely handling of physical and digital financial documents.
- Provide administrative support for multiple accounting teams, including ad hoc projects, special assignments, and daily operational needs. Compensation and Benefits
