About the Role Meridian Healthcare is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Forensics Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in Gainesville. This position provides administrative and front-office support, schedules appointments, coordinates team calendars, manages communications, and assists staff serving individuals with mental health needs and criminal justice involvement.What You'll Do:
- Answer and route incoming calls and greet visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars.
- Provide administrative support to MDT staff.
- Maintain records, process mail, and order office supplies.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Assist with meetings, special events, and travel coordination.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Associate's degree and one year of related experience; or
- Two years of administrative support experience.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or human services experience preferred. Why Meridian?
