Job Description

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person should be proficient in MS Office. The responsibilities include computer data entry, filing, answering the phones and greeting customers. The candidate should have a working knowledge of office equipment, eager to learn and excellent communication skills. Must speak fluent English. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Summary As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing core skills such as computer literacy, organizational skills, and customer service to provide efficient administrative support. Your premium skills in office management and bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, will enhance your ability to manage office tasks effectively. With relevant skills in Microsoft Office and data entry, you will assist in maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication within the office.
