This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations related to caregiver onboarding, document management, and basic technical support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Duties Schedule onboarding appointments for new caregivers and send out the approved document checklist to ensure timely completion. Receive, scan, label, and upload caregiver documents to the appropriate pending folders within our document management system. Perform basic completeness checks on submitted documents and update the shared onboarding tracker accordingly to maintain accurate records. Follow up on missing routine documents using approved messaging templates to facilitate a seamless onboarding process. Prepare complete documentation packets for review by leadership, including Leo's review and Gail's compliance decision. Assist cleared caregivers with application processes, CareSmartz360/app setup, and provide basic technology support as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for follow-up and support tasks. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with office technology, including scanning, uploading documents, and using applications like CareSmartz360. Reliable and proactive attitude with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
