Living Colour Landscapes is a commercial and residential landscaping company based in South Florida and part of the Raise Landscaping Group. We deliver high-quality outdoor environments to a diverse client base and operate with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and professionalism.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized Operations Administrator to be the administrative backbone of our office. This is not a basic clerical position — we need someone who is genuinely comfortable with multiple software platforms, brings structure to a fast-moving environment, and can own our administrative processes end to end. If you know your way around QuickBooks, are sharp in Excel, and have hands-on experience with Aspire or a similar field service ERP, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the business Enter, track, and report on job data using our landscape management ERP (Aspire) Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll support in QuickBooks Coordinate with field supervisors and project managers to keep job data accurate and current Support purchasing, vendor communications, and purchase order tracking Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data organization) Working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) High technology aptitude — you pick up new software quickly and are comfortable in multiple platforms Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with Aspire landscape management software — this is a significant plus Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn care, construction, or field services industry Familiarity with ERP systems and structured operational workflows Bilingual English/Spanish
