Job Description

We are a fast paced Retail Facility Maintenance company that provides a large array of maintenance services to some of the largest retailers across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. We are looking for a responsible professional that is able to multi-task and stay organized and focused in a busy, team oriented office setting. Our perfect candidate will be able to learn quickly and easily, work with subcontractors via telephone and email, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Applicant must be willing to carry an emergency on call phone for after hours emergencies for one week out of the rotation (usually 1 week every 5-7 weeks depending on the schedule). If you are unable or unwilling to be included in this after hours rotation, please do not apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills preferred in both English and Spanish
  • This is an office job

Some Job Duties Include:
  • Schedule and dispatch sub-contractors to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephone and email
  • Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from sub-contractors using customer websites, telephone and email
  • Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service calls
  • Review invoices from sub-contractors for completed work
Applicant MUST:
Be willing to carry an emergency after hours on call phone some nights and weekends depending on rotating on call schedule Have at least 1 year of office work experience Be extremely detail oriented Be able to effectively communicate with our customers and relay information as needed Be able to handle large call volumes (incoming & outgoing) Be punctual and in the office every day ready to perform their assigned duties Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment Be able to stay seated at their computer for long periods of time, without frequent breaks Be knowledgeable with all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook Have excellent grammar and spelling skills Be a Team Player Have reliable transportation to and from the office everyday Be ready to start immediately Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
