Job Overview Join The Joint Chiropractic, the nation's largest chiropractic network. We are hiring a high-energy Wellness Coordinator to coordinate and manage the front desk, drive membership sales, and deliver top-tier patient hospitality! This vital role combines exceptional customer service, efficient office management, and proactive sales support to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors alike. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in representing our organization professionally while managing administrative tasks with precision. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive our success, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive client interactions.
Duties Sales:
Present wellness memberships and packages, communicating effectively the details and important key components of their treatment
Operations:
Manage clinic flow, phones, and POS transactions.
Admin:
Handle opening/closing duties and keep the clinic clean.
Outreach:
Track leads, contact inactive members, and support marketing.
Teamwork:
Partner with chiropractors to meet clinic goals.
Details:
Greet patients warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering calls with professionalism and courtesy Support sales efforts by communicating effectively with clients, providing product or service information, and facilitating appointments or consultations Handle clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel), and supporting administrative projects Coordinate patient communication through software follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with excellent computer literacy skills
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
High school diploma required (college preferred).
Experience:
2+ years in sales, retail, or customer service.
Skills:
Great communication, objection handling, and POS proficiency.
Physical:
Stand/sit for long periods.
Legal:
Must pass a criminal background check.
Languages:
English and Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred.
Flexibility:
Weekend availability and occasional local travel required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 32.0 per week
