Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and efficient person to be the Office Coordinator to provide office support to our Mental Health Therapy Group Practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at customer service, problem solving, love to help people and be able to manage a busy office with a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us! This is a full-time position with benefits, health insurance, vacation, sick time.
Hours:
9 to 5 Monday through Friday in person.Hourly Rate:
21 to 25 dollars an hour to start. This role will report to the Executive Director . About you : You are optimistically positive, high energy, super organized administrator that has a desire to help an organization grow. You thrive in a fast paced environment where there are a million things happening at once. You are the glue of the office and through your efficiency and guidance you support the CEO and team provide important care to our clients. You have wisdom and experience in running a small but busy office that is growing. You have enjoyed working in a support role to a CEO or Leadership to help them be successful and more efficient. Medical, mental health billing experience to insurance companies a must. Excellent writing skills and strong phone skills. Experience as a executive administrative assistant helpful. Associates Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience with insurance billing.Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to Director In charge of Insurance billing and compliance. Managing data, maintaining spread sheets. Successful at navigating referral inquiries, booking new clients, managing client needs, supporting therapists with client billing and related issues. Become Program expert on EMR, trouble shooting issues, training therapists on Electronic Health Management System. Managing office from soup to nuts, creating systems to ensure office runs efficiently.Client support:
welcoming clients to the office, answering client calls and emails, scheduling. Assisting and maintaining social media including Facebook , Instagram pages, adding blogs and other posts to social media, LinkedIn Maintenance of office area, cleaning, managing office supplies.
