$65,000 - $80,000 annually Join Our Team as an Assistant Administrator Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to support daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance within our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role works closely with the Administrator and department heads to maintain high standards of care, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the Administrator in managing day-to-day facility operations and act on their behalf in their absence Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities Collaborate with department supervisors and the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee to identify deficiencies and implement performance improvement plans Monitor Minimum Data Set (MDS) transmissions to ensure accurate and timely submission of resident assessment data Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies Review the Nursing Home Compare website to ensure accuracy of publicly reported data and report discrepancies Evaluate and review facility policies and procedures with department directors; recommend updates to maintain regulatory compliance Support a culture of quality care, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Requirements Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program required Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required Working knowledge of long-term care regulations, operational standards, and requirements of participation Ability to work independently with strong organizational and leadership skills Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external agencies Must meet the facility's health requirements, including medical and physical examination Ability to work with individuals who may be ill, disabled, elderly, or emotionally distressed Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Recognition Program Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company perks and employee discounts Apply Today Take the next step in your leadership career and join a team dedicated to excellence in resident care and operational success.
