Job Description:

Job Summary The Junior Admin Officer duties include offering administrative support to our Miami team and providing all administrative tasks to the highest standard. Responsibilities Includes but not limited to: Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate colleagues Managing incoming/outgoing mail and sending of documents by courier Perform basic office tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning Duties to include filling, record keeping and manage office supplies Maintain an organized, tidy office environment. Manage the printer, shredder etc Book and manage meeting room Manage notarizations, apostilles and arrange for copy certificates Make appointments for BDMs when needed Offering administrative support to colleagues across the organization on occasion Support in any ad-hoc projects as directed Qualifications Minimum academic

Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America Be fluent in written and spoken English; other languages will be a plus
