Administrative Assistant Location:
Miami-Gardens Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We're seeking a reliable, bilingual Secretary fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. This role involves a mix of office administration, customer communication, and digital support. Construction experience is a plus but not a must. Full training will be provided Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general day-to-day office and administrative support (but not limited to) Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and business documents Use QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping Assist with website updates and basic digital tasks Interact professionally with clients and vendors Run office errands as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel Strong organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Prior experience in office administration Website/ wordpress knowledge is a plus Starting Pay (Post-Training): $18/hour

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
