If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy contributing to the seamless operation of an office, this role is perfect for you! Your work will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly, while supporting a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception coverage and managing service email backups Must have knowledge or ability to use Powerpoint Maintain office space and coordinate repairs as needed Oversee shredding services and manage shredding/scanning projects Perform court runs and obtain cashier's checks Track and manage inventory for kitchen, office, toner, and mailing supplies Reserve and organize office space for new attorneys Send/receive eFaxes and handle FedEx/certified mail Miscellaneous administrative and office services projects Assist with toner orders and copier maintenance
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking preferred) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in an office environment; legal firm experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where your skills will be valued and your contributions will make a difference.
