We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have experience in providing administrative support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.Illustrative Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes a variety of administrative tasks for staff, including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings to ensure smooth operations. Work with other team members to provide a bridge for communication between the CEO's office and internal departments and management staff. Generate correspondence, documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Proofread complex documents to ensure accuracy and implement edits accordingly. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing while implementing a detailed system for records and other files. Handle various invoices and use in office systems as needed to correctly file and send to appropriate departments. Handle various calendars and schedules and coordinate meetings via web. Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; prepares all outgoing mail and packages. Assists human resources department as necessary. Performs data entry duties as assigned. Manage the receptionist area and enforce established visitor protocols. Greet and direct customers and visitors to appropriate staff. Performs receptionist duties including but not limited to answering, screening, and directing calls on multi-line phone system, taking messages and/or forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager, when appropriate. Order office supplies to ensure proper function of operations. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications Required:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A High School diploma or GED and 2 years of advanced clerical experience will be considered. Minimum of two years of office experience, including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including customer service. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Virtual Meeting Platforms, G-Suite, etc. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.Benefits:
