Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. This role is ideal for someone results-driven, confident in closing sales, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound leads using CRM systems Contact potential patients promptly and convert leads into booked appointments Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates Schedule patient appointments efficiently Educate patients on services and recommend appropriate treatments Upsell services and promote packages based on patient needs Process patient payments and ensure accurate billing and collections Maintain detailed and organized records Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with measurable results (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required Strong communication and closing skills Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing pricing and collecting payments Preferred (Plus, not required): Experience in a medical office, aesthetics, or wellness setting Experience with high-ticket service sales Familiarity with primary care, weight loss, or aesthetic treatments Experience working with CRM systems ( training will be provided )
