This position will serve as a key point of contact for students, prospective students, staff, and visitors while providing administrative and front-desk support. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist students, visitors, and prospective students professionally. Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Schedule appointments and assist with student follow-up. Provide basic information regarding programs, enrollment procedures, schedules, and school services. Assist students with applications, forms, and required documentation. Maintain organized electronic and physical student records. Perform data entry and update information in the school's CRM and administrative systems. Assist with attendance records, document collection, scanning, filing, and recordkeeping. Support admissions and student services with routine administrative tasks. Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents. Maintain an organized and professional front-office environment. Assist with office and classroom supplies as directed. Provide administrative support for orientations, school events, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality of student, employee, and school information. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training preferred. Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer-service and telephone skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable with computers, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and learning new software. Ability to multitask and work independently. Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. Experience in education, healthcare, workforce development, or career training is a plus.
