Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. We need someone's help in our office operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a solid organization. Responsibilities Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading to ensure accuracy. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and sharing. Provide customer service support by assisting clients or vendors with inquiries and ensuring positive interactions. Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory. Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools. Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient record keeping. Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clients effectively. Knowledge of front desk operations, phone systems, and office management best practices. Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.

$19.00 per hour
