Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will be one of the first point of contacts for clients and contractors, making phone etiquette and customer support skills crucial for success in this position. Duties Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Utilize DropBox for document creation and spreadsheets Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital Support daily office operations by performing clerical duties as needed Experience Previous experience as an administrative assistant / coordinator or in a similar role is preferred Familiarity with garage doors is a plus Proficiency in using phone systems and managing call flow effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
