Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office, part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage tasks efficiently, follow up consistently, and help keep team members accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks before they become urgent Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple responsibilities Assist in holding team members accountable and ensure tasks are completed on time Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments Experience in administrative or personal assistant roles preferred
