Responsibilities Perform regular cleanings, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and general upkeep Complete deep cleanings when scheduled (baseboards, detailed scrubbing, inside appliances, etc.) Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Follow our simple checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results Communicate kindly and clearly with the team and clients Report any issues, damages, or extra needs you notice during a job Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and take pride in your cleaning quality Requirements Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus Must be reliable, respectful, and punctual Ability to lift 20-25 lbs and move around comfortably during shifts Reliable transportation to and from jobs Cleaning supplies preferred (we can assist if needed) Ability to work independently and follow instructions Authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Steady and flexible work with supportive scheduling Pay per job, based on home size and cleaning type Regular cleaning opportunities + deep cleaning bonuses Growth opportunities as the company expands Friendly, respectful communication—no drama, no stress Clear cleaning checklists so you know exactly what's expected A positive team environment where your work is appreciated.
