Administrative Assistant - Property Management (HOA) Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Full-Time | Onsite We are a fast-paced Property Management company seeking a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant for an onsite HOA in Palm Beach Gardens. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls Preparing for and attending committee meetings Handling resident communications (emails, e-blasts, mailings, notices) Preparing Board and Annual Meeting packages

Qualifications:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Administrative experience required HOA/POA or property management experience preferred
