In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and day-to-day customer operations Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in project management and follow-ups. Requirements Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. Availability to work Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
