Job Description

ROCHE BOBOIS, world leader in the high-end furniture industry is looking for a Sales Administrative assistant within its Palm Beach showroom. His/Her role will be to assist the sales staff in all aspects of the store business, from administrative tasks to customer service. He/She will be benefiting from a period of training on Internal administrative procedures, corporate process, and Roche Bobois collection knowledge.
The main responsibilities will be:
Administrative tasks: To work on administrative reporting to our accounting team To review customer files and the corresponding administrative document To perform the monthly sales audit report of the showroom To be the contact of local vendors.
Merchandising:
To prepare and update the store tagging (Prices, special promotions...) under the store manager supervision. Make sure the appropriate videos are in place on TV's according to the specific season To assist the sales staff in updating the merchandising of the showroom, especially when new collections are implemented in the store, including sales sample room. To coordinate logistics and showroom transfers with our Florida Distribution center. To take care of the inventory in the store by keeping binder organized. Maintain current with all transfers, drop offs and service tickets. Ordering and managing of our showroom supplies adhering to our budget set by accounting Sales and Customers service: To welcome and greet customers when needed. To assist the sales staff in providing/ presenting sales tools (tear sheets, sample books.) to the customers.
Requirements:
Motivation to work in a sale environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required Team oriented Interest in the furniture business.
Schedule:
