Hourly | Part-Time to Full-Time Based on Projects About the Opportunity A premier professional home organization company is expanding into South Florida and seeking polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Onsite Home Organizers to join its growing Palm Beach County team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining a luxury service mindset with a strong eye for organization, interiors, and presentation . Organizers work directly inside clients' private residences to transform spaces into functional, beautifully organized environments. Professional organizing experience is a plus but not required . We are open to candidates with transferable experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, interior design, styling, housekeeping, retail, or other high-touch service environments who are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Organize and transform clients' homes room by room Unpack, sort, categorize, and thoughtfully arrange personal belongings Create functional and visually appealing organizational systems Organize and style closets, kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, and other residential spaces Assist clients with moves, relocations, and home transitions Support product selection, placement, and installation Shop for or pick up organizational supplies as needed Maintain an exceptionally clean and polished workspace throughout each project Take before-and-after photographs of completed spaces Handle clients' personal belongings with discretion, respect, and care Provide a warm, professional, white-glove client experience Collaborate with fellow organizers and project leaders to complete projects efficiently Ideal Candidate Naturally organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong eye for presentation, styling, and aesthetics Polished, professional, energetic, and personable Interested in home organization, interiors, styling, or luxury residential service Comfortable working inside high-end private residences Hands-on and willing to unpack, sort, arrange, and organize throughout the day Resourceful with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with a flexible schedule Discreet and respectful when handling clients' personal belongings and information Comfortable receiving feedback and learning new organizational methods Professional organizing experience is helpful but not required Relevant backgrounds may include: professional organizing, luxury housekeeping, private household support, interior design, home staging, styling, visual merchandising, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or other high-touch client service roles. Schedule & Hours Projects will typically take place Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Organizers will generally work at one client's residence per day Hours will vary based on active client projects, and 40 hours per week are not guaranteed During busier periods, including the holiday season, approximately 30-40 hours per week may be available Candidates must have flexibility to accommodate changing project and client schedules Travel Requirements Initial projects will be located throughout Palm Beach County Future projects may expand into Broward and Miami-Dade counties Candidates must have their own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Approved job-related mileage will be reimbursed Additional Requirements Background check required Must be comfortable working onsite in private residences Must be comfortable standing, bending, unpacking, organizing, and remaining active throughout the workday Flexibility and reliability are essential This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves beautiful spaces, organization, hands-on work, and luxury service to build experience with a growing professional home organization team in South Florida.
