Role Description This full-time Administrative Assistant role is on-site in Stuart, FL. The position supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and organize documents, assist with filing and data entry, and support executives with administrative tasks as needed. Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring that office supplies and resources are well maintained. The role requires consistent attention to detail, professionalism in communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced accounting and advisory environment. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and file management Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external partners Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and basic data entry Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Customer service mindset and professional demeanor in an office environment Ability to work on-site full time in Stuart, FL and collaborate effectively with team members High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or prior experience in professional services or accounting firms is a plus
