Responsibilities include front office support, enrollment assistance, parent communication, scheduling, billing support, and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities Welcome families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner Manage phones, emails, and daily parent communication Support enrollment, registration paperwork, and student file compliance Assist with billing, payments, and attendance records Coordinate schedules, meetings, and center communication Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment Support leadership and teachers with daily operations, events, and special projects Maintain confidentiality and follow all childcare licensing requirements Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred Previous administrative experience preferred, especially in education or childcare Strong communication and organizational skills Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills CPR & First Aid Certification preferred Must pass Level II Background Screening Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM About Sunshine Academy Sunshine Academy is a high-quality early learning center dedicated to creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.
