Administrative Assistant Orthotic & Prosthetic Clinics of America Tampa Palm Harbor, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $23 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off On-the-job training Qualifications Medical scheduling Administrative experience Data entry Patient interaction Marketing Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our current Administrative Manager with the day-to-day operations of our growing orthotics and prosthetics practice. This position will work directly alongside the Administrative Manager in supporting clinic operations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered. We are flexible with scheduling and are open to candidates who can work 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments for 3 clinic locations. Manage and follow up on marketing leads (Meta/Facebook leads) by contacting prospective patients and assisting with appointment scheduling. Conduct outreach to physician offices and prospective patients as needed. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, patient communication, and general office support. Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation. Learn and assist with marketing and patient outreach initiatives. Support additional administrative projects and operational needs as assigned by the Administrative Manager. Qualifications Previous administrative, medical office, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Comfortable learning new software and processes. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
