Our busy acupuncture, health, and wellness center in beautiful Palm Harbor is looking for a dependable and service-oriented Office Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a positive, healing environment. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, professional atmosphere Answer phones and assist with patient questions Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain organized filing systems and records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Conduct internet research and place office orders Enter data and assist with reports Keep the office tidy and organized Respond to concerns with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and reliability Experience as a receptionist or office assistant preferred Comfortable using Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media QuickBooks experience is a plus Position Details Part-Time | Flexible Schedule 3-4 days per week Tuesday-Friday 5 hour shifts available Compensation based on experience In-person position in Palm Harbor, FL Why Join Us?
