Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support across administrative, clerical, and customer service areas. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Support Sales team by providing the daily tracking of the company vehicles and manage and ship sample orders in the timely manner Support Customer Service Department by answering phones and process orders as needed Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for daily administrative tasks Assist with bookkeeping duties by entering invoices and sorting them by departments and vendors Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email Support office management activities such as organizing files, preparing reports Requirement Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry and manage multiple tasks efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with excellent time management skills Prior experience in Accounting and Customer Service role Personal assistant or office management experience preferred but not required Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents will shine!
