POSITION SUMMARY
Technical Systems Integration (TSI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Panama City, FL office. This role combines general administrative and office management responsibilities with duties as the office's Facility Security Officer (FSO), keeping the office running smoothly while maintaining the facility's security compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment, including equipment maintenance and IT support coordination Support new hire onboarding logistics (workspace, equipment, building access) Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and trip reports Maintain company records, correspondence, and documentation; support scheduling and calendar management for leadership and program staff Format, edit, and distribute documents as needed Serve as the office's Facility Security Officer (FSO), administering the security program in accordance with NISPOM Maintain personnel security clearance records and process actions in DISS Process visit requests and manage visitor control/access procedures for the facility Conduct required security education, training, and briefingsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Prior administrative, office management, or executive support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Comfortable working independently in a small-office setting U.S. citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET personnel security clearance Willingness to complete required FSO trainingCompensation and Benefits Compensation:
