Must be able to work all shifts including weekends Key Responsibilities- Check UTV's in and out to authorized employees and visitors.
- Verify and collect required personal information during the checkout process.
- Maintain accurate records of UTV's usage and assignments.
- Perform visual inspections of carts before and after each use.
- Document and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or operational issues to the Fleet Maintenance team.
- Ensure carts are returned on time and parked in designated locations.
- Monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of the UTV fleet.
- Assist with basic fleet organization and staging of UTV's for daily operations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while enforcing fleet checkout procedures. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, fleet, equipment, or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday. Preferred Skills
- Experience with fleet operations, equipment checkout, or inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify maintenance concerns.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
