Administrative Assistant

The Makar Law Firm is a fast-growing, high-energy immigration law firm dedicated to providing innovative and aggressive representation to our clients. Immigration law is complex and constantly evolving—and we take pride in guiding our clients through some of the most important moments of their lives. As we continue to expand, we are looking for TWO motivated, organized, and client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Liaisons .

What You'll Do:

As a Client Liaison, you are the bridge between our clients and legal team . You play a critical role in ensuring every case is properly prepared and every client feels supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating directly with clients (calls, emails, follow-ups) Collecting and organizing supporting documents for immigration cases Assisting with immigration forms and client questionnaires Scheduling consultations and managing appointments Reviewing files to ensure completeness before transferring to paralegals Supporting cases involving removal proceedings and USCIS applications

Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fully bilingual (Spanish & English - REQUIRED) -NO

EXCEPTIONS

Law firm/immigration experience preferred (not required)
