Job Description Duties and Tasks:
Data entry, possible answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls. Scanning and digital filing of confidential student documents. Making copies, keeping supplies stocked, mail pick up and delivery. Delivering confidential documents throughout campus.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Professional, energetic, courteous individual who will enjoy interacting with faculty, staff and students. Must be reliable.ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, move about the office and University. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds. This office conducts confidential business. Student worker is expected to keep all and any business discussed confidential.NOTICE:
