Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sanford, Florida. This Contract to permanent position combines customer service, sales support, and general administrative duties, requiring a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
  • Create and manage customer quotes, process sales orders, send confirmations, and track the progress of orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, providing updates on product inquiries, returns, and other issues.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, organizing literature, coordinating samples, and assisting with trade show preparations.
  • Maintain precise records and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement customer service and sales support best practices.
  • Monitor and report on sales data using Excel, including generating spreadsheets, formulas, and Pivot Tables.
  • Actively contribute to building lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, reporting tools, and Pivot Tables.
  • Management experience in any field is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with best practices in customer service and sales support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
