Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
- Create and manage customer quotes, process sales orders, send confirmations, and track the progress of orders.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, providing updates on product inquiries, returns, and other issues.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, organizing literature, coordinating samples, and assisting with trade show preparations.
- Maintain precise records and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to implement customer service and sales support best practices.
- Monitor and report on sales data using Excel, including generating spreadsheets, formulas, and Pivot Tables.
- Actively contribute to building lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, reporting tools, and Pivot Tables.
- Management experience in any field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with best practices in customer service and sales support.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
